Mission

Creation of next-generation functional devices and circuits based on novel principles and concepts, and development of new application fields.

Core competence

Creation of highly functional devices utilizing electrons, light, spin, quantum, etc., by making full use of advanced crystal growth and surface/interface control technologies. Capable of applying the functional devices to machine learning, optimization calculations, and high-sensitivity sensing systems.
